We received a very friendly welcome from Alistair who was more than happy to provide suggestions for places to visit as well as places to eat during our stay. The B&B is clean and contains a lounge area with small bar for B&B guests (pool table also, not full size but good for a knock around). The breakfast is cooked to order and is a good portion using quality ingredients. The mattress was a little soft but it wouldn't put us off staying here again. If you stay during warmer and dryer months there is a small farm with animals. All in all a nice place with friendly owners who make you feel very welcome. Cheers guys.

We were using the campsite, really nice location with excellent facilities. The shower block is modern and really warm, which was nice on those cool nights. They have a selection of electric and non-electric pitches. On site is also a farm, although this was closed when we visited the site, we could see some animals, we'll be returning when it's open in the summer months.

Perfect camp site, perfect clean toilet n shower block! 20 minutes walk into town! Friendly landlord n good ground!

Stayed for one night camping. We request enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Toilet and shower block was very clean and also heated. Campsite is just a couple of miles away from the start of the Monsal Trail (Wyedale) which I highly recommend.

Lovely few hours at Archie's Farm with my 3 year old. She loved the chickens!
