Excellent service from a Sales Assistant at Falkirk today who was packing shelves. I asked for Coconut oil, there was none on the shelf, the assistant looked up her computer and said a delivery was imminent that day, she said it might have arrived. She went into the warehouse and came back with what I wanted. Nothing was too much for this Assistant. Thanks again.
Was in the cafe in this store today and honestly it has to be the dirtiest cafe I’ve been in. The window frame next to our table was an actual health hazard. Food not much better, 2 breakfasts, awful. Won’t be back.

Dangerous placement of wheat based cake mixes within the free-from aisle. Don't depend on the section of the aisle.nnOtherwise, the store is great for weekly/monthly grocery shop.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced todaynwas served by kennedy who didnt look at me once at the checkout, did not acknowledge me in anyway just chatted to other staff the whole time watched as she had done exact same treatment to the customer before me, just awful and one of the other members of staff chatting was a team leader and it was not work related in any waynTesco couldnt you have got this rude person in the warehouse out of the way of the public what is wrong with training your staff to serve correctly you used to
