Very fine fare here. Great outside space and a good price for the quality of food you get. Gorgeous starters and main with a good vegetarian selection. Painswick itself is worth the jaunt.
A lovely 16th century inn, with a great restaurant and wonderful food. The staff are so friendly and attentive. I thoroughly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
I went here for a meal whilst cycling through the Cotswolds. The best thing was the service - so friendly and accommodating. I ate the fillet steak which came with chips, onion rings, mushrooms and tomato. It was all cooked well and tasted good. Definitely recommended.
We live in Upton upon Severn our friends live in Bristol, halfway between the two is Painswick so we chose The Falcon to meet. The staff service and ambience were first class. The food sandwiches and drinks were excellent. We hope to return soon. Thank you so much.
We didn’t stay here but the food is EPIC! and the staff attentive, and friendly. Really down to earth place! I had to write this review whilst eating because it’s that amazing!
We stayed here for 2 nights in September. Lovely views of the churchyard from our room. Delicious food, great atmosphere. Very friendly and our dog was welcome too.
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Only complaint would be that the room was quite chilly, but the food was lovely - great place for a Sunday roast.
Friendly service with tasty food. The burger would give most burger joints a run for their money. Delicious.
Lovely fresh food, with care and social distancing. We felt safe!
