Awful service. I am 37 weeks pregnant, and I booked an appointment for a file and polish (£9) pedicure. It was a complete fail. The girls at the salon do not know how to do a pedicure. The salon layout is bad; the spaces are too small and uncomfortable. Horrible experience. And the worst is I cannot take off the polish because my womb is too big. Warning, the place maybe is good waxing or other services but is the worst in pedicure and manicure.

Do not go here for nails. I had mine done last week and they were the worst acrylic nails I have ever had. Had to have one removed and re done because it was completely wonky and they were all bumpy and different lengths. Let the manager of the salon know about this and they said they would get back to me but I’ve not heard anything. Poor workmanship and poor customer service.

Don't go here for a wax, they try to blame you for not being able to finish when actually they just don't know what they're doing. However they are friendly and put you at ease just think they need to update their training, using strip wax for a hollywood is so outdated.

They are completely and utterly terrible at doing nails, uneven messy paint and bumpy, WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN!
