My nails have never looked better! I had a bad experience in a different place which damaged my nails but after advice and care from the lovely Lin they are now in much better condition. Gel nails last more than 3 weeks and the price is more than reasonable. I know of others who have nothing but pleasant things to say about Fantastic Nails and I'm glad I now have a regular place to go. Thanks ladies!

DO NOT COME HERE: as a former loyal customer I was exasperated at the level of unprofessionalism I had received. First time getting shellac nails done there which had began to chip the next day - not to mention it was the owner of the salon that did them for me and was on FaceTime the whole time to a friend as she was doing my nails. I could tell she was rushing as there was a lack of care and attention paid towards my nails as she was doing them - hence why they chipped the next day after doing very little physical work. I called up the next to day to rearrange to come in to redo my nails in which the owner had agreed to. After just 4 days as I was away when I needed my nails to be done well, I returned to the salon. Not one staff member approached me until I did and I told them what happened but they said I had to call the owner again. Once I called the owner she said it was too late for me to get them fixed and that if I wanted them done I would have to pay the full price again. I demanded either a refund or for her to do them again for free but instead the owner replied "I don't know whats wrong with your nails but I have owned this salon for 14 years and I know what I'm doing." Stella nails are meant to last between 2-3 weeks and for them to chip in less than a day or a week is appalling - I'm guessing it is the poor quality of the products they use or the technique, either way I was absolutely shocked at how rude she was and refused to spend another single penny in the salon. Never again, overpriced, pathetic and stingy - truly disappointed as a loyal customer but I have found better cheaper places now.

I have been doing my nails with Nadia and her team for over TEN YEARS! I would never go anywhere else. The girls are so talented, I always walk out happy. My nails always last up to 3-4 weeks (shellac) sometimes even longer. My whole family as well as all my friends have now started to go to fantastic nails. Just wanted to say a hugeeeee thank you , Amanda x

I have been here now about 5 times due to the convenience of location and every single time I have got a full set of gel extensions and had problems. Each time they chip at the end and peel, and I feel sorry for the girls who do make an effort but the last time I went the girls swapped 5 times!! And didn't tell each other where they was up to so I kept having to all them where they was up to. Shocking service, I would highly recommend going somewhere else I.e. the one on whitworth street who before I moved to the opposite side of town did them perfectly each time. Terrible AVOID

If I could give them no stars I would, I got acrylic with shellac two days later I had to go back and get two repaired. A few days later another started coming off. So I peeled the rest off which wasn't hard she put them on rubbish. I Went back the next day and got another set a different lady did them this time and she was even worse than the first one she cut my skin loads of times with the drill she didn't do the acrylic or the paint down to my finger nail so it just seemed like I needed an infill few days later two came off when I was washing up. Don't waste your money!!!!!
