My experience in this nail salon was not what I would expect at any beauty salon! The man who was applying my nails wasn’t very polite or professional because the end result of my nails was appalling! I repeatidly told him that I did not like the shape of my nails and that the acrylic that he applied was far to thick but he still chose to ignore me and said wait till he had finished. Not only was the quality of my nails the worst I’ve ever had but the service was disgusting also. When I chose my nail colour at the end I turned around to see that the man who had just done my nails decided to start shaving his stubble whilst waiting... this kind of behaviour is revolting and I would never expect this at any beauty salon. 

I would never reccomend this salon to anyone no matter how cheap!

Mix up regards price (wrong price displayed. When challenged on this, manicurist stated that price list "was old" (£20) and that I owed almost double the price (£38). I was adamant I would pay the price advertised in the offer and no more. He then took my £20 anddismissed me by waving his hand, as if to shoo me away. It made an experience that should of been a treat, into a confrontational and wholly unpleasant situation. I give 3 stars because I'm satisfied with the job on my nails. Pity they lost 2 due to poor customer service and messaging.

I went to Eva's to get my hair braided (cornrows) and I was very pleased. Tina was super fast, super thorough and she listened to all my suggestions. They are all super friendly. It is not a gamorous place but the staff is great, the atmosphere laid back and my appointment was on time. What else can I ask for? I will come back

Went in and asked for a curly perm, my hair ended up straighter than when I went in and very damaged. She didn't even put neutraliser on and she took the rollers out before rinsing my hair out which I've been told is completely wrong. The woman who permed my hair also seemed very judgemental and unpleasant.
