I have been a regular customer at Rose Beauty Salon for years now, and have made the 30 minute drive into Manchester from out of town just because I always know I can expect a top quality service.  I have numerous regular treatments including Hollywood wax, microdermabrasion facial and eyebrow  I can honestly say that every experience I've had has been perfect - top quality, discreet, professional and friendly service :)

Rose Beauty Salon, Manchester City Centre:
I went there to get a brazilian wax, and was very disappointed with the service. Overall the wax was fine, and she did a thorough job, but I've visited beauticians who are much more pleasant and welcoming. You're already going through something quite painful, the least they can do is make you feel at ease by giving you a smile and having a little chat during the treatment. I tried making conversation and just got one-word answers. Also, she didn't even wipe off the wax afterwards, so I had to walk home like a penguin as my buttocks stuck together. Lovely. Definitely won't be going back.

I disagree with the previous review, the therapist was really friendly and the waxing done to a good level.
