My daughter had a Brazilian blow dry last week. It took 3 hours. Her hair is naturally very long and curly. The French stylist did a really good job. Her hair looked gorgeous after. It was really straight and shiny. There was no problem using the Groupon vouchers , and the staff were very friendly. When her hair was washed after 2 days, her hair was lovely and soft. It's still curly, but the frizz has gone. It's a lot easier to manage, and easier to straighten if she wants to.

I had the Kebelo Smoothing treatment which is supposed to last 100 days. I booked it with a director and my expectations were very high as I have friends who have had the Brazilian Blow dry and are very happy with the result. I wanted to avoid using the straighteners every morning so I decided to give it a try. I have medium length, thick and very frizzy (but still manageable) hair. The stylist was nice, however, she kept repeating how thick my hair was and pulling my hair while she was doing the treatment. On the other hand, Pierre Alexandre Hairdressing is full of apprentices who don't seem to care about doing a good job for the clients. I paid £100 for this treatment and I got my hair washed by an apprentice who pulled my hair very roughly and didn't follow the procedures given by the director (she was told to leave a product for 5 minutes but she didn't wait that long). I went home with a nice hair done, but no difference between this time and other times at the hairdressing without a Brazilian Blow Dry treatment. Finally, the stylist first said that I could wash my hair straight after the treatment (strange as I had read that you need to wait 48/72 hours) which didn't give me much confidence on her. However, I have waited 48 hours to give time for the product to get absorbed into my hair before washing it using a sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. The result has been quite disappointing. The treatment has made no much difference. My hair is still frizzy, maybe a bit smoother, but overall I am not happy at all with the experience at Pierre Alexandre Hairdressing. I do not think I will spend one more pound there.

If you wish to use a company who puts the interests and safety of their customers first, then PA Aesthetics is NOT it. All they care about is making £££! Be careful when reading their terms and conditions when getting treatments/services. They are not accommodating at all!! I am very disappointed at the manager, Dave who did not resolve the issue with our best interest in mind. The PA Aesthetics staff also shout at customers and put the phone down on them. I would never use this company again! AVOID at all means!!

This place does not even deserve ONE STAR! Absolutely disgusting customer service & company ethics/morals. They do not care for customer safety at ALL! The manager (Dave) is NEVER free to resolve concerns & the PA Aesthetics staff are extremely unprofessional, rude & poorly trained! I wish I had not wasted my money. I have never been treated so badly by a company, they made us cry, shouted down the phone (Mikayla) , cut the line (Amy) & failed to answer our calls. AVOID BEING SCAMMED & AVOID THEIR LASER HAIR REMOVAL! I REPEAT, DO NOT GET ANY TREATMENTS DONE HERE OR AT PA AESTHETICS because they are simply after your money!

Been a few times for a course of laser treatment and had a cut and blow. Always been really happy with the customer service and experience. The girl on the phone is always lovely. Was really happy with my hair and loved the cut. Absolutely no complaints. Love the text reminder service too. Received a reminder yesterday for my appointment tomorrow. Very happy and will continue to use despite me living miles away!
