Awful customer service. Ignored as I stood at the till for 15 minuets waiting to pay. Obviously not important enough if only buying smaller items. Absolutely useless clueless staff. Will not be using again.

If i could rate zero i would! Just come from the Maidstone store asking about women's mountain bikes, asked if they had a size 18 inch frame specifically, there was one at £650 I was interested in, we said it looked too small at 14 inches, the assistant said he'd measure we were right, repeated we needed an 18 inch said he'd get it out to look at to try (why?), asked if we were local, said we weren't and he then wandered off! No offer or suggestion of whether they xould get anything in... So we've just been to a well known bike shop and had unbeatable, helpful customer service...

I found the staff to be professional, friendly and non- judgmental. The mechanic was brilliant when I had a problem and nothing was too much bother. 
I would highly recommend this branch if Evans cycles.
