Adam at Newquay was great to deal with. Friendly but efficient and happy to explain any queries I had regarding car hire. On return he was more than happy to drive us down to the airport with our luggage to hire a taxi into Newquay for our train trip. Made our experience a positive one.

The pick up area is quite away from the airport.  It is a trek on uneven ground. The service we were provided was excellent the gentleman greeting us was very informative and did a great job.  The car suited our purposes beautifully. We dropped the car off early in the morning and deposited the key in the lock box with no problems, then walked back to the departures.  We checked our bags in first when returning the car, this made the walk back in the dark and wind less eventful. I have used Europcar twice in the last year when returning to England.  I have always had good service and have been more than satisfied with the car they provided.  I will continue to use them in the future.

Good car, easy process and most importantly, excellent customer service. Shout-out to the man who helped us out I can’t remember his name, his initials on my documentation is AJ so hopefully the company can track him down and recognise him/reward him who was just super polite, friendly and helpful.

Issued a hire car from Newquay airport which was unfit/unsafe to drive..because of faulty petrol tank overflow plate..AA and fire brigade had to be called out to secure the vehicle

Now located in the P3 car park a 5 minute walk east of the terminal. The old location next to the terminal is closed but still has their signs up.

Luckily I was taking a taxi and got dropped off there, it wasn’t so easy to find and quite a walk from the terminal, which might be an issue if you arriving with big bags. But apart from that everything was excellent from the price to the service both ends of the rental.

So quick and easy to arrange and the team at Newquay Airport are fantastic. Everything is made crystal clear and there is not sales tactic only what's best for you in mind. Very stressful day for me turned out a breeze thanks to these guys. Car was immaculate and return was just as easy

Be aware the rental cabin is a long walk from the terminal when you have heavy bags, and just when you reach the cabin, there is a notice telling you to go to another cabin even further away! It could be a lot better signposted. Other than that, excellent service.

I would like to compliment one of your staff at Newquay airport office. The young man is called Adam.  What a wonderful, polite and caring young man he is.  Our flight from Manchester was delayed by 5 hours on Friday 28/10 and after calling you call centre and getting nowhere and being left worried and upset I got through to Adam. After explaining our predicament and that we would not get into Newquay until after the office had closed Adam agreed to keep an eye out for our flight and agreed to come back to work to sort out handing over they keys and finish the hire paperwork. He also collected us from the terminal and drove us to the office. Being disabled this was a great help.  This young man went above and beyond and is a credit to himself and to you.  Whatever you are paying him it is not enough.  Congratulations Adam you helped us out when we needed it. You are a star.  I will be using your services again in the future.
