Hired a car in Sept 2022 with ABHire and the team was really helpful / accommodating to our changing plans. Was supposed to pick up the car in St. Ives but due to a train mishap we ended up in Penzance. They were totally ok with meeting us in Penzance. During return of the vehicle, they went the extra mile to save us from walking up the hilly St. Ives and also help us get to a closer train station back to London. I'd recommend ABHire for anyone needing a car to explore the beautiful Cornwall!

Hired a 2008 Nissan Note from Alan and the team in WC 06/06/2022. Lovely little car, clean and well maintained. Alan was super easy to deal with, met us at Penzance station and undercut Europcar by several hundred pounds!  Noticed a couple of minor cosmetic scratches on collection and worried about photographing / documenting. Pretty sure the exact words were "Don't worry, but it you lose a wheel or wing mirror then call us"  Recommended and will definitely use again. No drama whatsoever.

First of all many thanks to Alan, who picked us up straight after we landed at Newquay Airport, already waiting for us, although it was early Sunday morning! He was very kind and after explaining the paperwork to us he even gave helpful advice on what to see in Cornwall. We then were given the carkeys and the reliable Mazda they belonged to. After a briefing on the car we were free to go. We had a very good experience with ABHire and will recommend this to anybody visiting Cornwall: Very good communication, fast replies, good reliable car at a great price and very nice people, what more could you ask for? Plus the check out was very fast and time efficient!

I was visiting friends and family in Cornwall and hired a car from ABHIRE as my own car had broken down. They were able to deliver the car to me and collect it once I had finished, and there were no hidden costs. Overall great service, friendly faces and a hassle free experience! Will definitely recommend to all friends and family!

Alan was extremely flexible and accommodating for our trip. The car was perfect as it was a second-hand mini-van, which was perfect for our dog. Alan gave us a lot of tips to save money and some minor directional advice, which was helpful. We met him in person at the station to pick up the car, which was a very easy and quick process, and we left it at the station as per his instructions when we were leaving. We will definitely be in touch with Alan again on a future trip to Cornwall!

Can't thank Alan enough for being so understanding when I messed up my car hire arrangements.  What a lovely company to deal with.  The car was perfectly adequate for our needs and we would certainly use them again when we visit Cornwall.
