I have just written to head office to complain about my experience of last week. In the last month, I have hired a van and a car and I am concerned that this branch's processes are not consistent, which resulted in me being late for a key engagement. Also, I am keen to highlight their apparent lack of customer care, interest and sympathy. I would certainly recommend looking elsewhere...which is a shame because the telephone reservation team are good :-). For some reason I had no choice but to award A STAR before I could publish the review , but this would certainly not be awarded to the Balby Road branch...

Lies lies lies. The receptionist is an arrogant cow. They make up issues for customers that can cost up to £1000. They are the worst kind of company. We were lucky and they got proven wrong and had to pay us. Hope they all get what they deserve.
