Horrible experience. We rented this van in Doncaster. We went on a Saturday. Ruben, the guy that was with one and took us to the van, was talking the whole time, saying not to worry about the condition of the van inside and a bump in one lateral. He told us that because we had paid the insurance it should be fine. When we left the van in the other branch, we were shocked because the lady that was in there didn’t even care about the bump or the interior of the vanit was her first time seen the van but she went so quickly to the front and started taking pictures from something in the front of the van that we still don’t know what is . She went backwards 5 metres to spot something. I didn’t do that before we took the van but I advise you not to listen to the guay that go with you and instead take pictures from every cm of the van included what you can see 5 m away.She told us that we needed to sign the form where she put that and that the Doncaster branch will contact us in regards to this. My surprise was that we were blame due to signing this document and I had to send pictures to Raju the person in charge of my case to let him know that whatever that lady claimed was there before and I reported her odd behaviour just going directly to that instead of worrying about other more obvious issues of the van. After waiting more than a week to received my 250 £ deposit, and after receiving confirmation from Raju that he had checked that the damage was already there before, I thought that everything was sorted. He asked me to do a review and that’s it. And today I find an email and I missed call saying that I own 250£ and that the payment will be taken from my card. What a gang of thieves. Be really really careful with these people. I am pretty sure the good reviews are with fake profiles made by themselves

Can’t fault these guys, had a real nightmare with my car for a month and both times they’ve been courteous and both cars have been perfect for my needs travelling to work. Staff kind and helpful they’re a credit to the firm.

Fantastic service from Enterprise Doncaster. Had one of their cars for 3 weeks as a curtesy car. All organised and straight forward for collection special thanks to Niamh who was lovely and informative in regards to car and controls ect. Drop off equally as straightforward and organised. 0 complaints.

Rubin and Kate looked after me incredibly well over 3 vehicle hires in a fortnight. It was late last drop off and Rubin even ran me to the train station. Couldn't speak highly enough. Very fair and excellent service.

We were served by Mark at the Kelham road branch enterprise branch on both pick up and drop off, service was amazing. We rented the car for general travel while visiting from Australia, Mark’s service was so true and personal he even remembered what our plans were and what football team we supported when we returned the car nnThe vehicle was clean, efficient and even better than what we had hoped for! would happily recommend enterprise and will definitely be using again for future visits
