Originally booked through Europcar online, and as expected from other reviews there, they won’t have the car available for you. Booked through enterprise and received confirmation that the car will be ready for us in a few hours. Overall experience was very smooth, very detailed explanation on the car rent contract details on what to expect and what options are available. Had the car for a week, no mechanical problems, and car was very clean when received. Upon returning the vehicle, the process was very straightforward and hassle free. Charlotte gave us a ride back to our home and made our day. Excellent service, will definitely return again if we need to rent a car in the future.

Very pleasant experience, my first time hiring a car booked over the phone turned up paid showed my licence and was in and out in less than 10 minutes I must say very friendly staff and very easy to deal with and very patient returning the car was just as easy and quick and my deposit was back in my account the next day. My rental was for 10 days and I had no problems at any time can not recommend enough and will definitely use again. Thankyou to you all at enterprise Barnsley branch

Wasn't told until collection that my visa debit card due to being a visa debit cash card account was not accepted, needed to be at at funeral down south (my grandads! ) couldn’t pay cash so had to ask a friend to pay on their card Then had to pay extra to be a named driver! Should have been made aware on phone call (2 phone calls!) beforehand what cards were not accepted, total lack of empathy or reason, I was paying I’ve NEVER known any company not accept a visa debit just because it was a cash account! Still cash!!

It was the first time i had rented from Enterprise Barnsley....what a really great experience, very friendly staff and well maintained vehicle, i would certainly recommend them .
