We hired a van here and the clutch went within ten minutes . Not good. We returned it and the team searched all over to find a replacement. One of the guys went to Barnsley to get one of a similar size. Although this took a while and made us a bit late we were compensated . 
The staff were friendly and looked for solutions to make the customer happy . I would hire from this branch again .

Well these guys excelled yet again. Fantastic customer service from everyone. Got so much for my money and the vehicle was fab. They actually gave me a free up-grade due to my van being stuck in traffic. Also got a lift back to drop my car off and also pick it up after returning the van. Highly recommend to anyone. 5star.
