AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Went here in the summer and had the worst rental experience of my life. Extremely rude staff, especially an older woman who seemed to be training a new employee at the time, even if her training consisted mainly of snapping at the poor trainee for how badly she'd done everything. Think she was the manager. What a great example... After that she went on the computer and bluntly told me I wasn't getting the car because I didn't pass one of their "checks" (which there turned out to be about 9352 of). When confronted just kept shrugging her shoulders and saying it wasn't her problem. Finally told me I hadn't been living in my current address for long enough. Asked her what I could do as I desperately needed a car and guess what, she shrugged her shoulders. I've rented a car many times before in Sheffield and have never encountered anything like this and it also wasn't a problem in the place I then went to instead.

I was in search of a rental vehicle after looking everywhere the best deals were online at thrifty.. once I’d rang and spoke to the agent they were extremely informative. I went down with my paperwork a young lady called Shelby was extremely helpful explained how it works and showed me the whole fleet which was great to see.. and the next day I collected my vehicle there was a different agent called Gemma again she was a life saver within half an hour I was sat in the finest of BMW’s extremely happy and would recommend others to thrifty very happy with the service I got from the people that work their. Thankyou again Gemma and Shelby x

Car returned in perfect condition and a full tank of petrol.Was told the handbook was missing.I didnt even see it in car.looks like they find something to try and keep your deposit.

Rented from these guys quite a few times always Great service, vehicles have been in great condition, but best of all they are open 7 days a week, perfect for me as usually only need rentals for one day at the weekend, any other renter would charge either 2 day or full weekend as they aren't open for me to return it where as these guys are. Perfect. Well priced too.

Sadly unable to give 0 stars. Elder lady with short hair who proclaimed herself as the manager treated us appallingly. As mentioned in other reviews, near impossible to rent a car. Low prices for a reason - you'll get there and be refused a car while they keep your deposit. No wonder their car park is filled with spare cars and their business is flailing.
