Recently stayed in at a site in France. Static caravan was filthy on arrival, doors missing from wardrobes, mould in bathroom, window would not open, grill would not light. Poor effort.

Unfortunately our most recent experience matches that of those who have seen poor customer service. Eurocamp are clearly interested only in customer numbers, not in the holiday experience. My family and I have been extremely let down by these people and I would warn anyone to consider carefully how much they want to stay at any site with this company. There are alternatives.

Stayed at Les Genets, St John De Monts July 2017. Eurocamp use "Revoo" for customers to post their reviews & clearly something is wrong as my experience of Eurocamp accommodation does not correlate to the glowing reviews on Revoo. The site itself is just ok - focused more to the French visitor which is fine, but staff around the pool for instance allowed grown adults to hurl themselves down the water slide with the sole intention to drench people relaxing whilst stopping children enjoying inflatables in the pool. The mobile home we stayed in was awful, not worthy of 1 star - filthy on arrival, paper thin walls & also highly dangerous. The hair dryer in the bedroom was faulty, a child with us switched it on & when the fan didn't turn they just left it as a child would. Luckily an adult was present & saw the hair dryer in it's holster smoking & in flames. Had an adult not been present I dread to think of the consequences. Eurocamps rep on site had a terrible attitude, his response was "what do you want me to do about it?!" AVOID.

the campsite are cleaned however customer service at there head office forget about it. They do not know anything about data protection. I have used them for years and this is the last year we will do so.
