Gave me wrong information on my holiday  tried to have me off regading covid 19 by doubling the price of my holiday to move it to the next year 2021 £1300/£2600 so i booked a diffrent holiday  only for the dates to be changed by them then they said eveything to stop me from asking for money back and said it will take months to get my cash back very dissapointed with Hays have now booked elsewere

Door was locked but lady came out to speak to me and was very helpful.
