Most excellent proffesional staff. Cannot fault them after numerous holidays booked far and near. When things go wrong they are always on hhe ball and there for you to ensure things run smoothly. Damn French baggage handlers got us a free night in Italy all paid for due to striking. Super team that my wife and I cannot praise highly enough.
Been fantastic in the past when it was called 3D Travel beating holiday quotes now its Hays Travel things different rang 5 times over 2 days no answer left email no reply finally did get through spoke to friendly member of staff i only wanted one price was told i would get a call back that was a week ago

Second time I have used this company . They give very good advice after telling them what I would like from my holiday they got it spot on last time . Just popped in there told them how much i have to spend and how I like the weather n stuff. Let's see what my second holiday is

Never use the crewe branch Rubbish so so rude .. Rang for week.. don't even pickup phone . Say there so biz Avoid if you don't want tobe disappointing Use a proper firm .. Avoid the crewe branch
Been with hays for years Now .. you ask them look for our ask about booking .. Don't even get back to you.. Never use again.. if you have any sense use a proper firm BEWARE
