I was meant to post this review a good while back but i had to create google account. i brought my iphone in a few weeks ago on a saturday as i got locked out and needed my phone desperatly for a family emergency, i was out of options and i could not afford to spend on something new, a young chap called josh served me and was a huge help in getting my phone back up. incredibly thankful,i will definitely be back in future. recommended

Purchased a mobile which became faulty. ECD informed me that mobile was beyond econmical repair so they would not repair the phone and have not issued me a refund even though they admit mobile sold is faulty + phone is under warranty which they provided! Customer service unhelpful at this point and had to be reminded that it's unlawful to not honour warranty's but still no refund and they still have my mobile - waited 3 weeks so far. RESPONSE TO ECD: I received a refund of £36. 67 on 08.01.18 even though the phone cost £219.99. I never agreed to this amount and also never agreed for ECD Ltd to keep my mobile. I could have sold my mobile in its current state for more than this refund amount. Do research online before purchasing from ECD Ltd previously known as SPS Technology Services Limited.

Excellent service....... my son had cracked his screen on his I phone 6 , the phone was not working at all would not even switch on , his phone was diagnosed and fixed promptly , the service I received was quick and effeicent the staff was amazing and very helpful too . Highly recommend Ecd .

Excellent Company. I was on the look out for an Iphone 5s and spotted this company as i was driving. I decided to call in and see what they had. They had a large selection of phones on display, all clearly marked with their price and an accurate description of their condition. I dealt with Richard who was really helpful and gave me a great deal on Iphone 5s in 'like new' condition with no signs of wear and tear whatsoever. Richard explained that the phone came with a 3 month return to base warranty and that with the Iphone, as there is no built in facility to test the battery condition, if i found any battery problems bring the phone back and he would replace the battery. I found that the battery wasn't holding it's charge properly so returned two days later. A new battery was fitted there and then and Richard gave me a free leather case and screen protector for my trouble! I knew when I saw their smart premises and when I met Richard that this was a professional and well run outfit and this has proved to be the case. Many thanks.

Superb service! My Nexus 5 faulty power button was replaced within 2 hours today and the staff were friendly and helpful.
