Visited here today on the recommendation of a friend.  Firstly let me tell you about the store itself, it's very well laid out and pushchairs,cribs and prams etc are all split into sections making it easy to find what you want. On this occasion I need to buy a Push chair for my 2 year old.  I've never had to go out and buy a pushchair before so I asked the so I was just wandering around lost, the colleague asked me if I needed help and I was blown away by the customer service it was fantastic. I told the colleague exactly what I wanted and she showed me all the available options.  She was very helpful and guided me through how to operate the chair in folding up and down. She made me feel like a very valued customer, I work in retail myself so I really appreciate when I'm given great service.   Price wise the chair I brought was great value for money and is of much better quality than some i had previously been looking at.

I would highly recommend this shop, I went today for a travel system and almost immediately found one which was perfect, and to my pleasant surprise they also sold the buggy board and seat which I'd been wanting but wasn't expecting to get either in store or within my budget. The service was fantastic the lady who saw to us was very warm and friendly and more than happy to help which made us feel really welcome and added to what was already proving to be a very positive experience. Back home and over the moon with my purchases SO glad we visited this store!

We visited this store to purchase a 3 in 1 travel system, the customer service was outstanding, I believe the colleagues name was Monica, she really spent the time to go through all the features of the pram and showed us all the options of the different brands avaliable. Can't recommend this place enough!

Staff are wonderful and helpful, lovely prams just wasn't keen on the car seat they felt cheap and plastic but the prams are lush and we ended up buying a twin one

I first came to look round with my partner and our mothers in August. We were shown around and given demonstrations on several prams. The time and effort the staff memeber went to was unreal. Every question asked had a detailed answer. My partner and I returned yesterday to purchase our pram etc, again staff were brilliant and we got to take it all home on the same day!! Excellent customer service. 100% recommend!

I found twinkle toes whilst looking online for our travel system. I saw they had an offer on a one of the systems, after looking on the website so took a drive over. I was greeted by Monica instore who was so helpful. I asked her about the offer I had seen and she showed me what the offer included. I was really impressed. I asked how long the offer was on for as I wasn't ready to buy, she weren't sure but wasn't pushy either as I've found in other stores. She explained my options on deposits to hold the deal open ect. However I left the store knowing it was a risk.  Fast forward 8 weeks and I went again in hope the offer was still on and it was...... GREAT.  So I picked out what i wanted, she put the order in and it got sent down from the warehouse and loaded into my car for me.  For £750 I got a full travel system Mio in my choice of colour Inc carseat and isofix with all rain covers, change bag, A next to me crib, highchair, a bouncer and baby bath.  Amazing service and customer care, no more children for me After this or I would definitely be returning!!

Exceptional customer service.  Very knowledgeable staff who can offer demonstration of products like car seats and will fit.  Good choice of prams, cots, pushchairs, car seats, stargates, fireguards etc, etc.  Ample parking directly in front of the shop.

Disappointed to be completely honest  went Thursday and spoke to a lovely lady, she explained a special offer bundle they had on which included a pram, baby bath, cot and baby bouncer, she showed us a couple of prams and one i really liked. I explained we would be back Saturday. Went back and went straight to the pram I liked, mentioned the bundle to the man and he just shook his head and said it wasn't in the bundle so we decided to just go for the pram. There were 4 in the row in different colours one of which had a £299 sale tag on. As we don't know what we're having we wanted black. Was told the other 3 colours were £249 but black was £399. Very disappointed that the information wasn't given clearly. Not nice when you're shopping for your first pregnancy

I just received my baby high chair today. Im totally amazed with the high chair. Absolutely great quality in a best ever price. They delivered just on the time. I so so happy with a service. And I also love to visit on shop. Great experience. Product are 101% high quality. I’ll be your regular customer now. And tell about you guys to all my family and friends once again thanks a lot.  :-

We're expecting our first born soon and started looking online for prams etc, having zero knowledge with regards to baby stuff we were overwhelmed with the vast amount of different options online so decided to pop to Twinkle Toes in Wednesfield. We were greeted by staff and then left to browse for a while on our own. After having a browse we asked for help from a staff member and she spent the next hour or so with us going through, very thoroughly, all the different options they do and how their products work etc. Tbh we were quite surprised with the level of service, not sure if this is the standard thing they do at other baby shops but this level of personal service is not really done today in other sectors so it was a very pleasant surprise.  We popped back today, spoke to the same staff member Monica and purchased all the bits we needed, again this lady spent a decent amount of time with us helping us choose and advising. Her product knowledge was A* and she is a credit to the company.  Plenty of choice to suit all budgets, they do pretty much all you'll need in terms of furniture items like cots and baby rockers, highchairs and obviously prams.  Highly recommend, so if you're reading this and wondering if you should give them a go, pop down and ask for her I'm sure you won't be disappointed.  PS. the prices are very reasonable considering the first thing most of us do is go online and check prices. They do great bundle deals which include things like 3 in 1 prams, high chairs, baby rockers, car seats etc all for around £500 depending on offers.

i am absoultley disgraced by how i was treated in this store, i wanted to buy a stroller then i asked a gentleman to buy it and he threw it acrosss my head simply disgraceful
