A well stocked and good size store that has all the essential bits and pieces for crafting, painting, drawing and creating. The staff are friendly and helpful and are more than willing to offer their advice when looking for something in particular. Location wise, there are good parking facilities at the retail park with access to disabled parking spaces nearby. There are also multiple other stores nearby along with coffee shops and fast food restaurants.

Excellent staff lovely lady went out of her way to help me very nice lady, lots of craft items to choose from, my son loved walking around the store
We were seeking some wool, and some embroidery threads. All we required was available. The store was a little too cluttered/crowded for my liking.
If your into your crafting this is definitely the place to go. You can buy all sorts from here. From wool to jigsaws to fondant icing. They have lots of supply's for any crafting and hobbies at great prices.
I managed to get most of what I wanted/needed for my macrame projects all under one roof. Plus, if you're at all artsy and crafty, there's way too much temptation laid out in front of you. Only short of Paradise by a whisker because they did not stock everything I came for and their range of macrame specific yarns is limited. However, I was assured that I would find more at their online store. As a first time customer, I was offered and accepted club membership and future discount on my next visit. I'll be back for sure
Getting wool for next project staff helpful and friendly
Disappointed, made a special trip to this store because online said clearance item was in stock, asked if they had the item and they could not be bothered to go and find it for me saying it was in boxes upstairs and would take ages to find. Went to Telford store, clearance items were still out on the shelves so the attitude of these staff means I won't be returning here again.
called before hand to check opening hours, answered by a really friendly voice Once in the store assisted by all 3 colleagues working that evening, each offering a unique perspective, knowledgeable on all equipment and items enquired about would definitely visit here again
Staff member I just spoke with today was rude, wasn’t helpful, ask her if she’s was free and rudely said well kinda, I asked her about a simply question that if you don’t ask you don’t know so completely understandable if it can’t be done, then I said student discount is only online as previously I have been told that it’s only online and she was really rude and spoke to me like I was thick, and was like Yh well we’ve always done student discount and proceeded to be rude. She has dark hair, and piercings as well name unknown, it was on the fabric sections.
