We went in here to buy a birthday present. The Atari joystick with 50 games built in we typed the number in and was told that there was a misprint and the item does not exist they did this 6 months ago so they have had all this time to change this mistake we are very dissapointed with this and would not recommend even looking in the book because its inaccurate

Very rarely got what you want today checked stock on line informed they had what I wanted in store rang straight away to reserve told none in stock rang other local stores To be told same why put them in catalogue if can't get them

Most of the Staff are very  helpful and some will go out of their  way to help an old age  pensioner like me

Visited Bentley bridge store at 7.30 pm.Had ordered on line. Staff very helpful , didn't, have to wait long. The only problem was the 5 or 6 lads ridding there push bikes in the store.while 2 male staff just watched them. The one youth was actually doing a wheelie on his bike.very disappointing.

Never had a problem here, ordered & paid online and avoided the queues. happy days. Fast-track service is great, parking sometimes can be an issue outside but that's not the shops fault
