Went into store today and was served by a lovely lady named Karen she was friendly and helpful. This store has got to the best LA store I've ever been to. This isn't my local store but it's the only LA store where ALL staff our friendly and welcoming. The staff in most LA stores look at you like you are lowering the tone of the store or they are a bunch of miserable so and sos! Yes the store gets busy but that isn't the staffs fault they deal with customers as quickly as they can but still maintain professionalism and excellent customer service. Perhaps staff at other LA stores could visit this store for some pointers or customer service training! Well done all staff at LA Wolves for restoring my faith in the brand! See you soon - Autumn

The staff here are fantastic, very attentive and always happy to help you and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The store was absolutely jam packed and the lovely shop assistants still helped me pick out everything i wanted for my new dining room! Which I am so happy with. Please ignore the negative reviews on here, this store is the best Laura Ashley I have been too.

Would never shop again at Laura Ashley due to having parcel delivered to Bentley bridge store I arrived at 6.07pm a woman had just locked door I tapped on door she looked at me in disgust and said we are closed a smile would of eased my annoyance I have never been to a retail park where one store closes at 6 this store is always empty and I wouldn’t be surprised if it closes down especially with how unhelpful and unfriendly staff are even my friend witnessed this when she went to collect my parcel for me total put off ever going there again. They need more people friendly staff costs nothing to crack your face to your customers

I only went in for 1 Sofa! Well £5000 later I couldn't be happier. The ladies are so attentive & lovely always ready to help, I mean I couldn't of spent all that money if it wasn't for them advising me. I would never go to another Laura Ashley after being here, the store is always busy no matter what time you go so what does that tell you. Thankyou ladies

Went into Laura Ashley to return an item, which had been bought as a gift and was on a gift voucher. Took to cashier immediately I went into store to clarify and the cashier said although I was beyond my exchange date, she would honour the £31.50. I pottered around the store and picked up a couple of cushions. I went to pay and another assistant said I couldn't infact have goods to the value, as I was beyond the date. The first assistant was standing there too, so I asked well why wasn't I told this 15 minutes earlier. The 'Bossy' assistant said she shouldn't have said that and they wouldn't honour it. So I paid for my cushions and left. All through, I felt they were looking down on me for returning an item. And I haven't even mentioned the Asian family who came in and were subsequently ejected by security! I'll never go there again nor will I buy from the Lovely Laura Ashley again!Don't go ... and I'd be surprised how long that store lasts! If I was in charge, it would go! Awful experience!
