Don’t recommend long ques, long wait, wrong items given, unprofessional staff. Went in for parts for both mine and my partners vehicles. Bit of a wait and a big que. All was going well at first, asked for our reg, make/model of cars then there was a longer wait whilst they checked they had the items we wanted were in stock. Then we confirmed we were happy with the prices there was an even longer wait for them to actually present us with the items we had paid for. We got home to fit the parts to find out they had given us the wrong parts and it wasn’t even just the one part that was wrong. There was not a single item that was the correct part for our vehicles. We received a full refund but the staff who served us had put the transaction down as cash instead of card. After telling a few friends about our experience they all said they’ve had the same issue with being given wrong parts. Don’t recommend this place in the slightest.
The gent was OK at the counter, told me I'd have to get it on ebay as they can't open my key to check what batteries where needed. I managed to open the key and managed to buy 2 batteries. The packaging on the key was difficult it was double sealed, sealing error. He said he can't put it in either, the young lady came to the counter opened the battery and slot it in. I'd definitely use it again just wish the 1st person in approach wad just a little more helpful then he was.
If I could give a zero I would have done! Shocking.... Que out of the door and only 1 on the till. Never use this place again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Today shocking service. My cars headlights went off both at the same time. So It got me thinking if it's the light bulbs or the fuse since both of them went at the same time. So I went there for quick advice and to purchase the bulbs. No other customers where there and no staff to be seen. So I preset the bell couple of times, but no one answered. I was standing there for quite a while. And no-one seem to care. Eventually some young lad showed up. So I explained my problem. He even came out and checked and then started arguing that my lights works. I said they don't. The lights what he sees aren't my headlights. And when I said to him ok never mind I just will pushes the bulbs anyway he said I don't need them and he wouldn't sell them to me. So I had to send my husband to get them. It makes me wonder is there some kind of women discrimination happening or what.?
USELESS! And that is being polite at best. Called to order battery for same day collection, agreed to pay for a more expensive range as was in stock for same day collection, told it was saved against the registration so wouldn't be a problem. Only to arrive 15mins later to be told its out of stock as someone's ordered online. Talk about left hand not talking to the right!!! To top it off the guy behind the counter was as helpful as a wet lettuce and just kept saying I can get one tomorrow with a smirk! After years of coming to euro carparts, it's now time to move on after this experience. I'd happily pay more if it meant I got the service I'm told I will get.
Nice lads on the till, but a joke of a business. Got an email saying my order was ready to collect. Went down & half of my items weren't there. Came back the next day to collect the rest of the items just to find out they're ancient lol. 3 years old
Good place for your car part's Good selection of parts. But im sorry to say telephone answering is very bad at the best of days. Best time is early morning. Customer service is good. Phone sales personnel are good to.

Every time I go in here it is the same. Slow service! Not particularly great service when you do finally get served either. Seems to be a great number of people in the warehouse and in the back, because you can hear them having great fun... but only one serving and that person seems to be in no rush doing the job. Just seems to be a total lack of urgency. Today, who seemed to be the manager came out to serve someone he obviously knew, had a long lengthy chat while serving this gent, and after serving the guy, off he went!...how about clearing the queue and serving some customers? Another guy came out looking rather lost and I thought he would start serving as the queue was now nearly to the door...nope...just came out to find his mug to make a drink! Brilliant! And another came from the back just to use the loo and back off she went. None of the staff there seem too bothered that there is a long line of customers and hence why I gave a one star. Customer service is obviously not something they are focusing on at this branch. The young man serving, as pleasant as he seemed didn't look the most presentable, which I may have been able to ignore but unfortunately he had poor oral hygiene too. Not very nice when you are in a customer facing role to be that way. Poor customer experience each time unfortunately.
Opened 7 days a week. Stuff is competent and helpfull.
