Picked a car up from there depot bt recovery friendly staff easy to deal with.

Rude customer service laying on the seat with there legs on the table while talkin to customers told me that my bike was a 125cc when it was a 50cc told me that i would rather let them keep the bike because there’s no point getting it back was like they was trying to haggle me to not get it back so they can put it on auction or something

I came from Gloucester to get my car back ,driven by someone who told me he had insurance he was going to buy my car ,he was stopped no insurance so my car was impounded, I am 78 with cancer and a new hip, they where lovely so helpful,they put my car on the forecourt to get another person to collect ,who bought it, the company who bought were the employer of the man who I let take my car, they have paid me their company are brilliant, KIER construction ,so lovely to deal with people who have given me my trust in people back

Had to go here to take items from my sister's car after a head on collision staff were a great help and very patient with us as my sister couldn't still walk very good and in alot of pain.

Did what no other company could do    HIGHLY APPRECIATED HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Rude service and extremely unhelpful. Asked for £150 delivery and so we opted for another company that did it for £80, stated that we were 'playing a game' and wouldn't assist the other company in anyway, despite the fact we had already paid them £150 to recover the vehicle without out knowing. Highly unprofessional and overpriced!  *Revision* I apologise for insinuating that the highways charge was your doing, this is not the case; this however does not excuse rude service and a tone that seemed as though we were resented for not paying you to deliver the vehicle despite the fact that we had found a cheaper alternative, the MMS employee was rude and unhelpful.

As I arrived to collect my car a member of staff was sat in it revving the s*** out of it and when i confronted him his response was 'that's a f***ing beast' to add insult they then said there is a charge for using card which happens to be illegal but there were adamant that there account department could definitely add a 'vat' charge

Absolutely amazing staff. Came out to jump start my car and would highly recommend them! Thank you.

so unprofessional and thief... They scratched my car and stolen 400£ worth hgv sat nav from my car whn i asked they didnt bother doing any investigation all i was said to go go to police if anything missing...i didnt get anything from police except Crime number...never trust these ScumbagS
