Popped into their shop in Wolverhampton not knowing much about sub woofers,Amps etc... They were very helpful and obviously knowledgeable about what I was looking for,I went with the vibe 1600W all in one sub,paid for and fitted within a few days,great addition to my VW Scirocco which had a very good sound system anyway but the sub has really given it a big bass boost!! Would highly recommend them Thanks a lot.

I had an under-seat subwoofer fitted to my car - as I didn't want to take up too much space in my already small boot... The team at BassJunkies were able to recommend me the best products to suit my needs, and they answered all the questions I had - despite how obvious the questions may have been. On the day of the fitting, I was informed that there had been an error with their stock management, which meant the speaker that I was going to be getting fitted... wasn't actually in stock - fortunately the team were at hand to recommend me the "next best thing". I was a little disappointed and I feel like this was something that could've been avoided - but regardless, I am very happy with my subwoofer. I'm still currently in the "break in" period... but so far very impressed with the quality of the product they sold me. I've been ripped off before (by Halfords) who sold me a full sound system promising the earth - but it actually ended up being worse than my stock sound system :/ so I was a little weary of the same thing happening again. But as stated, I couldn't be happier. The quality of the installation is excellent, it's apparent that the gentleman who fitted it knew what he was doing...I inspected the fitment myself to find no scratched panels, poor cable management or lack of consideration for my vehicle. You may pay a premium for BassJunkies labour... but it's well worth it for the spectacular job they do. Thanks lads

Arranged my weekend around getting a new stereo fitted and find out on the same morning that they’ve been sent the wrong one. They knew about it the day before but decided to wait to tell me a day late ! You’d like to think they’d be a bit more careful with a £650 order...
