High quality of coffee. Located in the Bridges Shopping Mall.
If visiting the beautiful town,I mean city of Sunderland, i will definitely be going back here. Been a couple of times to make sure it wasn't a fluke & it wasn't. Latte spot on, cake was fresh & tasty,atmosphere was chilled & relaxed & the staff knew their stuff plus they were friendly. Other coffee shops want to take a look. Well done guys!
As well as fantastic coffee this is a brilliant place for a bite to eat. Cannot recommend the eggs Benedict and the scones any higher, they are absolutely wonderful. The staff are friendly and considerate and definitely will be coming back again. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp access and wide aisle to fit a wheelchair up with room to spare.
Ordered 3 coffees and asked why the cappuccino came in a dirty mug and when I asked the assistant why she said we'll got no cups as they all needed washing up. Asked for a teaspoon was told there are stirrers when other customers had teaspoons. VERY DISMISSIVE can't be arsed attitude. LAST TIME HERE WOULD RATHER GO TO GREGGS WONT BE RECOMMENDING

Chain coffee place in a shopping centre ought to be no better than it needs to be, right? Well, Esquires didn't get the memo because everything here - food, coffee, people - was lovely. Made me a fan.Food: 5/5
Cosy cafe in The Bridges with extra seating located in the shopping mall itself. Very popular with all ages. Wide food and drink selection available.
Coffee is average. Staff are nice and helpful. Foods decent too.Food: 4/5
Sitting waiting for partner to be served 3 people in front of him, 3 servers and still waiting nearly 20mins later just to be served absolutely terrible service needless to say I will not be coming back, don't know why I have not just up and left, 2 of the serves just ignored their customers
Staff are always super friendly, and they definitely do the best mint hot chocolate in town!
