The service provided by the brilliant team of people working at the Knight Frank Queen St office is top notch! Their professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail is notably heads above other agents i have used in the past. You are treated very warmly and carefully through what can sometimes be a difficult process of selling or buying property. We have used their services 3 times in the last 4 years and would not hesitate to recommend or return to them. A huge thank you for guiding us successfully through transactions of both new style and New Town properties.

Ticks in nearly all of the boxes.  Knight Frank sold our house in the Scottish Borders at a difficult time in the market (when isn't it?) to a family we liked, at the right price - pulling a couple of rabbits out of the hat after a time-wasting prospective buyer dropped out at the last minute.  Knight Frank did particularly well with editorial coverage - two substantial features in both The Times and Sunday Times, as well as good coverage in Country Life, The Field, Scottish Field, The Week and the Qatar in-flight magazine, not to mention coverage elsewhere.  Pleased with Knight Frank's result but expect to be proactive in the inevitably stressful sale process.

I was extremely impressed with the service from the team at Knight Frank at Queen Street in Edinburgh.  They were professional and efficient at all times .  Emma Bailey , now Emma Marshall , was outstanding.  I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I have bought from Knight Frank and later on sold the same property with them. Very happy with the experience from both sides. A distinguishing factor compared to other agents is the international reach when identifying potential buyers.
