Worst after sales experience I've ever had. I don't know how this company has customers. I call every day to ask about my refund and just get fobbed off they owe me over £150 for over a month now. can any one help? Financial ombudsman? Can anyone advise?

Recently hired a car from the Melton Enterprise as my car had mechanical problems. Even though it was a last minute booking they were VERY efficient and I got a car straight away! I rang up at 3 pm and needed a car for 6pm the same day. Would most definitely recommended using Enterprise Melton again. Very friendly staff, excellent car and exemplary customer service :)

Booked a rental in advance and got a great price. All staff very friendly and helpful, car was very clean and well maintained. Even got a lift back as part of the service. Will definitely use Enterprise again without doubt if I need a car rental. Top marks and thanks to all at Enterprise.

Excellent, courteous, efficient service. If you want a specific fuel type (i.e. petrol / diesel), check in advance.

2 hires both times wrong vehicle was delivered. First one wanted a small berlingo size van, got the next size up.. second wanted an extra long wheel base got a long wheel base, which incurred a further hire from the Blackburn office..
