Although we have hired vans and cars from City Self Drive in years gone by, which all went very satisfactorily, we now use their mot service and have done for at least 15 years. The service they give is first rate. They do any work necessary, calling first if anything is likely to be pricey and our car looks cleaner than when it went in and smells lovely. Kay, Tony and staff are helpful and friendly. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Poor from start to finish, the Luton van hired was old and past its best, covered in dents.

The young lad assessing the damage before I took it away did not want to stand in the cold and rain, rushed his check list and sent me on my way. When I returned the same lad told me that the spare tyre had been stolen after he told me the day before it did not come with a spare tyre.

I was refused my deposit back despite them telling me it didnt have a spare to begin with.

Con artists.

Would not use again.

We (Trinity Life Church) have used City Self Drive for 8 years. They give great service, really good vehicles and the cheapest prices we have found. We highly recommend them

Hired a van to collect furniture from Germany. The van was new and the customer service was great. They pointed out any scratches before we saw them. They fitted the van with everything  we needed for Europe  and supplied all the documents. We returned the van and got our deposit back no issues.  Thank you for the great service!
