We rented a van a few weeks ago, but had to reschedule as the date for moving furniture had changed. One short call and they moved the rental fate and we even got money back. What a great service. 
On the day before, they called to remind us  to make sure all is still ok. Then, in the morning of the rental day, they called to say that there might be half an hour delay because they had to get a van from another location. After a view words we agreed that we could have a bigger van that was available for the same price. Again great service. Kudos to Raj. 
All in all, a great experience, even with the almost painful overpowering American customer service. It's well intended, but for British standards, it's a little too much. You just have to go with it and try not to laugh.

We always rent a car from here. The service from the staff is always exceptional and the value of the cars us great. At least once a year we have a great a long way from home and we take an executive car deal. We have had some great cars,always clean and ready to go.
