Extremely helpful. We had to have a hire car, paid for by Renault, on multiple occasions when the dealer couldn't fix a persistent fault with our own car. The Enterprise team went out of their way to help us on several occasions by talking to the dealer and Renault on our behalf. Fully recommended.

The team at this branch are amazing,I hired 5 times last year and every time they were very polite and professional,they bent over backwards to help me and,on a couple of occasions went beyond what they should do to help me out,I WILL NOT HIRE FROM ANYONE ELSE and this is down to the team at this branch!!!
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Ridiculous company, rented from them in January and now in March they cancel my rental telling me I've failed their address checks. I asked what their address checks were, they claimed Electoral Roll etc, I mentioned I'm on the electoral roll, and then the staff said "I didn't say you wasn't, there's other things as well." What a joke of a company. Apparently their address criteria have changed so if your booking the car for an important reason I'd recommend calling them well before your booking date and checking you pass their stupid checks.
