Hired a LWB van for moving house from Grimsby branch. Picked it up at 8am, process was quick and smooth given the online check in prior to visit. Quick couple of signatures and walk round the van and I was away in 5 mins. Great service by Ria hopefully spelt that right then dropped back off 8am next morning, a quick check round from Harry and given the thumbs up. Said the deposit has been instructed for refund and I was free to go. Both members of staff I dealt with were prompt, knew their job and made it hassle free. Very good customer service and based on my experience would use again in future!
Thank you for the outstanding customer service whilst providing a hire car. They provided a car similar to mine whilst it was in for repairs. The car was actually a car I’m looking into upgrading in the future so not only was it similar I had the chance to test drive it. Gutted to have to give it back it was lovely . The car was clean when I received it and delivered to my house with no hassle. I would use them again if I ever needed to.
returned to the car to this location in a rush because we had to get to Harrogate to collect our belongings from the recovery companies yard before they closed. I spoke to a very lovely lady who completely understood and completed everything within a minute. incredible customer service and such empathetic staff. thank you so much you made it painless and allowed us to arrive in time to collect our belongings

As a long-time regular customer, I spoke with your central office earlier today and was assured I could rent a van despite a previous driving ban. Based on that assurance, a booking was made. However, I was later contacted by the Grimsby branch and told the manager there had decided not to proceed with the rental, citing “manager’s discretion.”nnThis is unacceptable. Not only was I misled, but my time was completely wasted. It reflects extremely poor internal communication and a lack of professionalism, especially for loyal customers who book in good faith based on what they’re told by your staff.nnThe fact that individual managers can override central bookings without warning or consistency is a serious issue. Frankly, if the Grimsby manager’s idea of customer service is this dismissive and unprofessional, they shouldn’t be in the role. I understand the role doesn’t require education but I’d recommend either removing from the position or changing policies. Poor.
