We were collected on Monday 9th April with our luggage by friendly staff member Nick and taken to Enterprise Office. Although we were an hour earlier than expected our vehicle booking was handled promptly and efficiently. The hire car was excellent, clean and tidy. Nick went through all the paperwork and explained the process clearly. We were overall delighted with the standard of service.

Never been to a car rental where they are so unhelpful and miserable. Will avoid in future. There are lots of other rentals. AVOID.

Worst Enterprise I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. The staff are downright RUDE and the place is very UNWELCOMING. The staff completely refused to give me a lift to my onward location which was 7 miles away. As a frequent corporate user of Enterprise this is the worst branch I have come across. I have made a complaint which seems to be taking a while to go through its process. I will NEVER step foot inside/near the Grimsby branch ever again, if I unfortunate enough to end up near Grimsby I will demand the car be picked up or dropped off. I DO NOT recommend even bothering with this branch.

Nick needs to learn customer service skills the worst I've ever seen....arrogant and rude. Car chosen wasn't available so arranged another car with my boyfriend over the phone. Nick told him there will be a five hundred pound deposit. When we got there we were told it can only be paid by credit card as it was premium we said we only have two cards (one of which was used to pay with the car) Nicks reply was I spoke to you earlier you have to put a deposit down (wasn't disputing that if you listened) well it's company policy credit card only put his head down leaving us standing there. I asked if any other cars were available the answer no. Still stood there asked what we do now (traveled nearly two hours round trip for this) still nothing had to then ask if we get a refund for the car we never had reply 3 to five working days. First experience with enterprise will be the last. Customer service is obviously not important in this company.
