Very efficient and personable service from Arron. Was offered an upgrade for literally £3 that meant we had a brand new, larger, better equipped, more comfortable vehicle (6 speed turbo diesel so still efficient).
Arranged for someone at our drop-off location to give me a lift back to where we were staying.
Really easy, pleasant experience.

Angie and Aaron were more than helpful in all aspects of the vehicle.  Liaising with me regarding my requirements to ensure they had the right vehicle for me prior to my rental.  I took them chocolates to say thank you because they deserved them!

Booking was changed (by enterprise) at the last minute but head office failed to inform either myself or the branch, however east Hull dealt with someone else's foul up quickly and efficiently.
