Hired a Luton for house move and it was such an easy process, took a lot of hassle out of a stressful event. They even offered a pick up and drop off service at no extra charge. The staff at the Hessle branch were really helpful, friendly and professional. The van was in great condition and reliable. Prices are fair. I have used Enterprise for all my home moves and will continue to do so. Thanks guys for helping me move...again, special thanks to George, Jaz and Jasmine.nWould highly recommend Enterprise at Hessle.
I am deeply disappointed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The day before my rental, I received a call informing me that I couldn't book a premium vehicle due to a verification issue with my full name, address, and date of birth. Why wasn't this checked at the time of the reservation through the app? This last-minute notification disrupted our holiday plans, and now, on the day we were supposed to start our trip, I'm scrambling to find another rental.nnAs an existing customer, this experience has severely shaken my trust in Enterprise. I would strongly advise others to think twice before reserving with them, especially if you value reliability and smooth planning. This has left a bad impression, and I will be reconsidering my options in the future.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, even though my hire was just for a day I felt at ease and in good hands.nThe cars are always clean and ready for use, my wife and our son were very pleased with such a short hire and return and treated me with a cup of coffee.nI’m forever grateful for having to use Enterprise Car &Van hire.
Booked a van online a few days prior to pick up. Recieved a call two days before from enterprise to confirm booking and the van would be ready at 8:30am. When I arrived the van wasn’t there! Waited an 1.5 hours still no van. Apparently on its way. I couldn’t wait any longer as I had to make other arrangements due to moving home that day. I asked for a refund and the chap said he will process it and it will take 10 days. Fast forward 10 days still no refund. I had to request a charge back through my credit card to get my money back. Appalling service, and massively inconvenienced my home move. Would not recommend or use again.
