Second time in two weeks they tried to take money from the deposit! One for a chip on the front alloy, identified before we took the car then on return they couldn't find it recorded. They had to call the guy who gave us the car to verify. Second attempt they wanted £45 to valet the car after finding some dog hairs! Shame on you Thrifty! Will return to Enterprise, much better service!

available at short notice didnt have the van i wanted but where able to provide me with a more than adequate replacement. good customer service i will use these again.

Top services , great welcoming team , very helpful and easy to pick and drop ,its my 5th time renting from them , till now thrifty is the best company I have had ever used . Thanks to every one specially Jack and Debbie.
