price was ok. pushy sales for the excess waiver. I had already insured the excess online for a lot less money so no amount of pushing would have got a sale. a lot cheaper to insure the excess independently than take their excess waiver charge!

Let Down Big Style! Have used this depot for van hire regularly. Drove all the way from Brid to Hull to collect the van yesterday which we had booked direct with this depot only 3 weeks ago when we returned it from our previous hire. They 'can't remember' our booking! so NO VAN. No assistance offered to help solve the problem, no real concern. Terrible customer service. We have an exhibition booked and now no van, wasted round trip and now struggling to get another in time. Twitter/facebook help - useless too. Car park is also a nightmare. thanks Hertz - #loyal customer no more!

BEWARE THE EXCESS MILEAGE SCAM! NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING! V SMALL PRINT ONLY ALLOWED 200 MILES A DAY. EXTRA COSTS.
