Kudo’s to the Enterprise team in Perth!  We arrived extremely frustrated due to lack of good instructions from Enterprise in Glasgow.  We had never rented rented an electric car before and had no prior knowledge on re-charging, payment process, etc.  After a loss of over half a days travel, searching for charge locations, multiple charges on our credit card, and down to 24% on the battery, we pulled into their location looking for assistance.nThe good folks at this location went out of there and stepped up and got us back on track…at the companies expense!  Shame on the ones in Glasgow who told us “it’s so easy, you should have no problems” and “charging stations are everywhere.”  It is not easy unless you are familiar with the process, the charging stations are NOT everywhere especially in the small towns and communities we were touring, and the payment process is. It that simple.nnI would highly recommend the team in Perth!  They listened, stepped up, and truly care about their customers!   Great job Perth Enterprise in restoring our faith in the company and helping save our vacation!

We have had the pleasure of different hire vans through enterprise over the course of the last 5 months whilst our van was in getting repairs done.nnUnfortunately, when it came time to hand the van back in, they have managed to find a list of things that we have damaged - total nonsense and Toby, the chief conman, has taken without agreement, £250 off our card. Enterprise have given no evidence to show these damages weren't pre existing and instead have tried unsuccessfully to lodge a claim with our insurer without providing any evidence that we have damaged their van.nnThis will now been reported to the police as fraud and the case will be looked at by the BVRLA.nnToby - you've really let yourself down on this one and please don't come into our office again and badger my staff into a confession. Conmen are not welcome around my business and I will share this fraud with everyone I can, including your boss if they ever bother to get in touch over email.

Brilliant experience - hired a car for 2 days, way less expensive than I thought. Car was clean and new and the staff were friendly and really helpful. Smooth ride all the way! Thanks to Adam and Ronan

Pathetic stain on enterprise company reputation. I'm registered with enterprise for over a year now, I already rented a different cars on different occasions in different branches, and in all cases when it came to verification, I provided driving license and passport, paid deposit with debit card and car was mine. Here is all opposite, from the get go, woman on the phone was very cold and uninterested to help me, she took all my personal details, gave timeline and everything was fine, then when it came to verification she asked for credit card which I don't have  not everybodyneed credit card, is not a requirement in this country  and solely based on the fact that i don't have credit card they refused to rent me a car. The fact that I have a account with enterprise and I rented few cars already  without credit card and still was Bo problem for other branches this branch was firm that only way for me to get a car is to provide them with credit card, manager was very stubborn and wouldn't budge. I end up deeply offended and insulted as different branches were able to verify me and rent me a car without a problem but yet this branch treated me like criminal and lack of credit card seemed like a cardinal sin that made me look like a criminal for them. I'm deeply disappointed with this as I experienced pathetic customer service here, far worse then other branches for comparison and I got left stranded as result. I guess they didint want to give me the car because it was a courtesy car from AA and everything was complementary so they couldn't get any extra money off from me. Anyway I'm frustrated cause things that was a minor inconvenience in other branches became a deal breaker here that left me stranded and without options as manager behaved like total amateur. Instead of trying to help me and find different way to verify me they just simply refused me and didn't care at all about circumstances. I will definitely stop using enterprise and do business with competitors who are much more customer help oriented.

Very very bad experience with Enterprise Perth.nWhen I went to pick up van it was parked so close to the wall I was not able to check all tyres and they did not check it before handing me over aswell. When I returned van there was tiny mark in tyre which must have already been there and nothing to do with me, but got charged £300 for tyre. I was threatened by staff that I have sign contract and they can charge me full £2000 if I don’t comply or accept that it was my fault.nNever will recommend anyone to use enterprise.nVery disappointed
