Hired a car and requested satnav from Europcar through work, for 4 days. Car was delivered without satnav. The excuse being most of the cars are now with built-in satnav (but not the one delivered to me). There is no available car to do a car swap and the earliest they will have a satnav returned to them is on the day I'm returning the car!

Hopeless! Bored sounding slow talking unhelpful man could not be bothered to give a rental rate! Because the office was busy - Avoid!

Automated phone answering service. Can't get to speak to a human this is the forth time Enterprise has got my business avarage loss to you of £2000, poor poor service

Absolutely wouldn't go back here, we were customers for ages and good ones at that but they lied about chips in the windscreen when returned and took money out our account to pay for it without even contacting us first and flatly refused to refund when we spoke to them 😧
