They gave us a bigger car than we asked for, so a bigger price bracket. Arranged to take car back on Sunday. They didn’t open until 10am. Small print says return by 9.30. Therefore we were charged for an extra day.

Asked for a like for like car. I drive a BMW. Kept being told they can’t guarantee make or model. Given a sluggish Hyundai and the Bluetooth doesn’t work. I use my phone for work and need Bluetooth - don’t want to break the law but need to answer my calls. They can’t sort it today, have to wait for them to find me a car but it won’t be today. Really poor service, won’t be recommending Enterprise to anyone

We had a successful trip from Morpeth to Ilkley to collect the antique table, in spite of the ineptitude and failures of the depot and its staff.  They were pleasant enough, but I felt that their customer focus was artificial rather than genuine.  The (wrongly sized) van drove extremely well, but it should have been cleaned inside and out before it was hired.  It should not have had a spare wheel rolling around unsecured in the back.
Good in parts, embarrassing in others.  Quality control?

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. I also got a free pick-up from my home. I would definitely recommend Enterprise!
