An absolute pleasure to deal with, from the initial booking over the internet to the follow on call and then our face to face meeting on collection the staff were nothing but exceptional, the original car I was going to use has a warning light on dash and without hesitation they swapped me to a different car actually it was a upgrade and faultlessly swapped and was on my way, I would not hesitate to use again. Thank you
Cars are incredibly old. Was meant to get a courtesy car from them but they didn't have the correct paperwork and had to pay for a day just to get a car for a funeral. Not the best experience.
The team at Worksop couldn't do enough for us, We hired a 9 seater for our camping holiday to Scotland. On collection I was surprised to find a 22 plate with only 400 miles on the clock waiting for me. The vehicle was absolutely mint, so much so that the wife didn't want me to give it back... now she's looking at purchasing one
Absolutely disgusting how this company have treated me and my work colleagues. We hired cars week after week and were very good customers of enterprise. Talk about no loyalties! I wouldnt recommend them at all! Trust me there is not enough space on here to give the full story and quite frankly it would waste too much of my time to sit here and explain! All i will say is the customer service is abysmal! There management are even worse, all in all very bad way to treat customers who have been loyal and respectful of there vehicals!! I would strongly recommend people hire elsewhere with a company that will actually have a bit of respect for you and your business!
Had an accident through insurer Enterprise provided the hire car. Got picked up, staff were friendly, car was clean and a bit too nice haha now my wife wants one. Can’t say much more than very good at what they do and would use them in future. Thanks guys

Worksop branch provided me with a courtesy car when my car broke down. Can only say Patrick and Alex were excellent. Nothing to much trouble, excellent customer service. No problem in reccommending Enterprise
