The staff were very friendly an efficient. I rented my vehicle for two days, but on the second day it snowed heavily and I wasn't able to drive it. I called enterprise and the staff were happy to let me have the vehicle for an extra 90 minutes the next day at no extra cost. I was really delighted by helpful they were.

Our fav car rental. Friendy staffs. You can have them drive you back home after you returned your car.

Great customer service - courteous, phoned me in advance to tell me what ID to bring, gave me a lift home after I returned the hire car. Queens Road depot was a convenient location. Minor niggle is same-to-same fuel policy - not as bad as full-to-empty but not as good as full-to-full.

Great customer service. The guys there have always been very helpful. Always a pleasure to hire from there and deal with enterprise.

I enjoyed every time I rent the car. specially if you are doing sight-seen in the countryside. Sometimes they upgrade you for free.
