Disappointing service experience. The staff was not very friendly or attentive, and the service desk being located inside the Kia service area was confusing with no clear signage. I had to ask multiple people for help, one pointed me in a direction, another didn’t acknowledge me at all while I waited.nnI was told the service would take 2–3 hours, which was fine, but although my car was finished earlier and parked outside, no one called to inform me. Overall, better customer service, clearer directions, and basic communication would greatly improve the experience.

Brilliant service at Perrys. I dealt with a gentleman named Guy in used car sales. Guy was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. I'd drove from Wales to see a Kia I liked, agreed to buy and collected it the week after. The whole process was very smooth, great experience and I love my new car. It had a great first run getting me home from Sheffield back to Wales with no issues, I will definitely do the distance again to deal with Perrys in the future, highly recommend them. Thanks Guy
Brilliant service from the day I ordered ordered my Ford Kuga MK 3 ST-LINE X 2.0L Diesel 190PS AWD Auto on 72 Plate from new. Gary was very helpful and kept me updated with my order. Due to the chip shortage, etc. I've been using this garage way before it was Perry's. And I always see Gary. I picked my car up on the 22nd of September 2022.
From start to finish the communication was fantastic. I went in to discuss options and I was listened to about what I wanted and what my budget was. I was kept up to say every step of the way. There was a slightly issues with my name change, but was offered help to sort it and explained what I needed to do. Took me for a test drive and explained the differences in different specifications and picked out ones that suited my style. Over the moon with my purchase, was shown all the different parts of the car and especially certain things was critical for me to know. Had no pressure on me at any point of the journey. Once I had the car even received a check in call to ensure everything was still going okay.nnI have no faults at all in the service I provided. I also think it is great that the consistency is kept to one sale person, I popped in to drop some documents off and finalise a couple of bits, the sales person was on his day off, I spoke to something else who was more than willing to help and took a copy and the sales person I had been dealing with was straight on it at 9am the next morning. The other sales person was happy to help out in order for my sales person to complete his job and I really appreciated that. I do like the consistency of one sales person as you get a bit of a bond with them and you get to know each other which makes the whole experience even better. Thank you so much Gary and Ford.
