Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.  Everything fully explained.  I would recommend Enterprise and especially this branch.

Although the van wasn't ready for collection on time, the staff at Mansfield did everything in their power to make me feel valued and apologise for the inconvenience. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was honestly the best  retail experience I have had where there was an issue, and it was resolved. It could not have been handled better and I was so impressed by the whole team throughout the whole process. Will definitely be using again.

Despite a little mix up with finding addresses on my license the staff were very helpful and friendly. The car I rented was perfect and everything went smoothly.

They organised a refund towards the inconvenience of our entire family holiday been delayed. It was £11 which was a bit bizarre.

Used to do key drop so don’t have to take morning off work and can drop on Sunday but this has stopped not good just to get extra money out of you
