Good but I don't appreciate the way they hard sell all the various insurances or extras.  

It's nice for them to contact you to confirm your booking but sometimes it gets repetitive when they keep calling asking for information entered at the time of booking or to inform you of the extras.

They should see on the system whether it's a 1st time renter or a seasoned renter like myself and not waste time trying to convince you to take out extras you've never used or needed in the past.

I understand it's so you can make an informed decision but it's repetitive and wastes my time nevertheless.

Honestly one of the most hassle free and easy experiences I've ever had. Talkative and friendly staff, very clear information and reasonable pricing.

Enterprise Chesterfield have become my default supplier if I ever need to rent a van. Their prices are lower than the competition, the vans are always new and well cared for and the staff at the office are a delight to deal with. Never had a problem with Enterprise and would happily recommend them.

I Booked a van online to only get a phone call an hour later informing me that the vehicle wasn't available. Considering I'd paid for the rental up front, to then be told that there's no van available and that your booking is just a 'request' to book. I believe it's a bit of a logistical nightmare that Enterprise don't have a live data facility as such to not only inform themselves but potential customers to. 
It amazes me how in 2017 I can go on Argos or Tesco and there's live data to inform you whether the particular item or product is in stock or not. 
If you can do that with your food shop or some Duracell batteries from Argos why can't this work for a car/van. Absolutely ridiculous. 
Following this good news I went online to see that Arnold Clarke had vans available and paying upfront wasn't actually a provision which was great news. Picked up van 30 minutes later. Well set up company that knows what customers want.
