Not the best location but staff were helpful in letting us leave our car there while renting a van. Straight forward service, friendly staff, was dealt with quickly (a fairly last minute reservation too). Van was pretty much brand new, very good nick all round. Would be 5 stars, only slight gripe would be location but nothing major.

The manager Is arrogant and doesn’t appreciate his customers. If you are looking to rent a car in the bedford area, there are many competitors in the local and surrounding area, I would highly recommend another company that respects your business. It’s a great shame as Hertz as a company are fantastic, I rent cars every month and this partical branch is the worst rental car experience I’ve had.

The best place to rent car ! Very friendly staff. Rented car there and got upgraded free, will definitely rent again.
