I rented a car from this branch. Even though I arrived early, they handed over the car to me. The lady who helped me was quite helpful. The only issue was that the car's fuel tank was only half full. It's not really possible to return it at the same level. I expected the car to be given to me with a full tank.
First time I used them was great, second time they charged me for fuel after I had topped it up myself, was told when I phoned it was a mistake and I would be refunded, no refund and escalated complaint still outstanding. First thing they ask for when you return the vehicle is to give great feedback, obviously before they then rip you off. Beware.
Recently hired a van from Enterprise in Kilmarnock for a storage unit move. Despite an initial hiccup where our reserved van was unavailable due to unexpected damage, the branch's response was outstanding. The team promptly informed us, sincerely apologised, and attempted to find a replacement, which unfortunately wasn't available at the time. We rescheduled for the following weekend. Throughout this process, the staff's professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service were exemplary. This experience has solidified our trust in Enterprise, and we highly recommend this branch for anyone in need of reliable van hire services.
Shambles of a place booked a van and was phoned 2 minutes later to be told said van is not available they don’t know why it let me book it blah blah blah told I’d get my refund in full it has now been over 2 weeks and I have still not received my refund 136 pound out of pocket for something that was their fault and nothing being done about it money should have been returned straight away but 2 weeks later I am still waiting shocking way to be treating customers awful customer service
Absolutely great service. Thanks to all who work at enterprise. Efficent friendly and very helpful staff .
