Great service , 100% happy customer

Contacted compass out of hours , was able to organise transport from them within 20 min to be collected next day , great service

I called and was quoted £50 for 4 hours.  Called a day later and was quoted £75! Person who answered the phone tried the hard sell tactic twice, "book quick, they are going quick", terrible service.  Called Arnold Clark and got a van for 2hrs for £35, now that is good service!

A really good place to rent vans from. Helpfull competent staff, clean new vans, quick service, open on a Sunday, and good prices.

Be wary when handing your credit card to this people. They don't take their IT security seriously.

Needed a small van for a few hours for a pick up in Glasgow due to sky high delivery fee. Compass do a 4hr hire for £25. Checked other van hire companies in Kilmarnock but none could offer anything better or even close.

Good cars but beware the excess insurance cover I took the collission waver insurance still had to pay 250 pounds when the car was damaged in a car park  conditions not fully disclosed at time of hiring. If you want full coverage where you do not pay if car is damaged you need to take collision damage waiver twice.

Van performed flawlessly from pick up to drop off. Staff were superb. Great experience

As i walked in got a nice welcome and was made to feel very comfortable this was down to the receptionist very pleasant and good customer service qualities will definetly use this company again in fact im hiring a car tommorrow to visit my son keep up the good wrk......
