Staff at the beginning great the young lady was brilliant tbh but a bit of confusion as to when it was to be bk. Got a call from a man saying it was to be picked up at 5pm on the Saturday evening no problem went to said location which was closed, waited for over an hour which I had to take off work,also had a friend that came in her car to take me bk to work so she also had an hour off. Much to our great disdain not a soul appeared and had to take the car bk home and as the shop is closed today with it being a Sunday. Well surprised to say I will be getting charged for the extra 2 days none of this is my fault. So please be aware if you have to give a car back to them at the weekend then you will have to pay over the odds even if it's not your fault. Would have given less stars but first person was great last one rubbish please be careful when dealing with this company
Do not hire from here. We booked and paid our van online. On arrival we were told the van wasn't ready and had to return a couple hours later while they picked one up from Glasgow. When we went back we were then told we needed a credit card to pay a 200 pound deposit we don't use credit cards, never have so we had to completely cancel and asked for a refund. Over 2 weeks later we still haven't received the payment back for the van we never got and are being hit with nothing but excuses each time we call. We booked a van that same day with arnold Clarke instead with zero issues whatsoever and half the deposit price.
I recently had a Ford transit van from them absolutely fantastic service they looked after me best they could and succeeded thank you so much guy I will be back again keep up the great work
